The Lovers Martini
60ml Lovers Leap Dry Gin
30ml Fino Sherry (or our Green Marker Dry Vermouth)
Caper berry or olive for garnish
Add gin and sherry into a mixing glass
Add plenty of ice and stir for 30-45 seconds (also comes down to personal preference on strength – taste test to check!)
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a caper berry or olive


Lovers French 75
30ml Lovers Leap Dry Gin
30ml Blackberry Gin Liqueur
15ml Fresh lemon juice
Sparkling wine of your choice
Dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish
Pour the gin, blackberry gin liqueur and lemon juice into a champagne flute.
– If you’re feeling fancy, combine these in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until chilled, then strain into flute glass)
Top with your sparkling wine
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel (we used Parched lemon wheels)
Basil Smash
60ml Lovers Leap Dry Gin or our Ti Kouka Forest Gin
15ml Yellow Chartreuse
30ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml Sugar syrup
Decent handful of fresh basil
Dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish
Add most of the basil (put one leaf aside for the garnish) and the gin into a cocktail shaker and muddle together
Add remaining ingredients into the shaker, add plenty of ice, then shake until chilled
Double strain into a rocks glass, top up with ice
Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and a dehydrated lemon wheel (we used Parched lemon wheels)


The Lovers Tease
60ml Lovers Leap Dry Gin
15ml Honey syrup
15ml Fresh lemon juice
Peated whisky of your choice
– You will need a small spray bottle
Dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish
Add all of the ingredients (except the whisky) into a cocktail shaker
Add plenty of ice, then shake until chilled
Double strain into a coupe glass
Finish the cocktail with a spray of peated whisky, and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel (we used Parched lemon wheels)
French Martini
60ml Gull Rock Vodka
20ml Blackberry Gin Liqueur
60ml Pineapple juice
Dehydrated raspberries
Dehydrated pineapple wheel for garnish
Add all of the ingredients including dehydrated raspberries (save a spoonful of raspberries for garnish) into a cocktail shaker
Add plenty of ice, then shake until chilled
Double strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with dehydrated raspberries and a dehydrated pineapple wheel (we used Parched pineapple wheels)


Watermelon Mule
60ml Gull Rock Vodka
15ml Fresh lime juice
Fresh ginger
Fresh Watermelon
Ginger beer
Mint for garnish
Add the vodka, ginger, and watermelon to a cocktail shaker and muddle to combine.
Add the lime juice, then top with plenty of ice and shake well until chilled.
Double strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Top up with ginger beer and garnish with fresh mint
Grapefruit Sour
30ml Gull Rock Vodka
15ml Green Marker Dry Vermouth
30ml Grapefruit juice
30ml Lime juice
20ml Sugar syrup
1 Egg white
Grapefruit bitters
Dried grapefruit wheel for garnish
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (shake with no ice) well
Then add plenty of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake until chilled
Double strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel (we used Parched grapefruit wheels)
