Blackberry Gin Liqueur

Inspired by the wild blackberry bushes around Sandymount, our Blackberry Gin Liqueur celebrates the resourcefulness of using what is available around us.

This product is both a full strength gin (37.5% is the minimum requirement) and full strength liqueur (at least 100 grams of sugars per litre). Made from blackberries picked from the Sandymount area, this gin liqueur has a warm, spicy richness and full-bodied blackberry flavour.

Great things occur when the sugar content of a liqueur is met with the full strength of a gin. This marriage creates a product where the blackberry sweetness softens the gin’s strength. At the same time, the gin maintains balance and clarity. Resulting in a gin liqueur that is both vivid and robust.
