Tī Kōuka Forest Gin

Inspired by the Tī Kōuka tree, the symbol of Sandymount Distillery, Tī Kōuka Forest gin showcases vibrant and versatile botanicals native to New Zealand.

Tī Kōuka Forest Gin features Tī Kōuka bark, Kawakawa, Horopito, Tarata, Harakeke, and Mānuka – all of which are grown onsite at Sandymount Distillery.

Tī Kōuka opens with a sweet, mossy aroma. On the palate, it delivers a gentle peppery heat from the horopito, layered with earthy and smoky undertones. A sweet, herbal finish follows, featuring notes of aniseed and classic juniper. The overall texture is exceptionally smooth and well-rounded.

Tī Kōuka Forest Gin was recently awarded Gold at the Super Spirits 2025.
