Crafted from premium South Island Pinot Noir and matured through a traditional solera system in seasoned Otago Pinot Noir barrels, Sandymount’s Solera Pinot Noir brandy is a celebration of New Zealand’s world-class wine culture—refined into a uniquely local spirit.

Distilled with precision in our Sandymount copper pot still, this brandy offers a velvety and elegant profile. Aromas of stewed plums and sun-dried dates give way to soft notes of fresh strawberry and warm butter. On the palate, expect a silky texture with hints of light pepper, worn leather, and vanilla on the lingering finish.
