Sandymount’s Pinot Noir Brandy is crafted from premium South Island Pinot Noir and matured through a traditional solera system in seasoned Otago Pinot Noir barrels. A celebration of New Zealand’s world-class wine industry – refined into a uniquely local spirit.

Distilled in our copper pot still, this brandy offers a velvety and elegant profile. Aromas of stewed plums and sun-dried dates give way to warm buttery notes. On the palate, a silky texture with hints of pepper, worn leather, and vanilla lingering on the end.
